Privacy Policy
Your information will never be sold or given to a third party for mailings or any other reason. Our Privacy Policy prohibits the release of customer or account information without express permission from the customer, except when required by law, to conform to the edicts of the law, or to comply with legal process properly served on SoDear2MyHeart or Teresa Weaver.
Payment
If you find something in our shop that you like with a price tag that you don’t, please be assured that we extensively research each item offered and price our items well below the current prevailing price for the item either online or at live auctions or shows. However, we are not adverse to dickering or entertaining offers. Please use our contact form and ask! Payments accepted via PayPal.
Item Holds: Items will be held per your request, with payment expected within 48 hours, unless prior arrangements are made. Item Layaways: Items or Totals over $100 may be put on “Layaway”. Non-refundable 50% of gross total down, non-refundable payment of balance within 30 days. Item payments not completed at end of 30 days will be re-entered into stock and the sale canceled. Refund of payments will be made in the form of a store credit. We cannot make cash refunds for unpaid layaway items.

As noted in our Privacy Policy, we make every effort to keep your data just that, your data. We will not sell or give your information away and we make every effort to keep it secure. In keeping with this policy, we only accept payments via PayPal. The following is from PayPal’s Website:

Standard shipping is First Class Mail. Our items are scanned in at the post office when they drop them off for shipment so that you may verify its mailing date. We purchase delivery confirmation so that we know when you receive them. Packages over 13 ounces will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail using the most cost effective packaging and safest packaging methods. We gladly combine items whenever possible to reduce shipping costs and to reduce use of resources. YES! We will recycle boxes in order to ship to you…so that gorgeous Victorian Cameo may arrive in a West Bend Steam Iron Box…we’re always trying to reduce, reuse & recycle.
Items that are abnormally large will be “shopped” for best shipping rate via USPS Parcel Post, UPS Ground & FedEx Ground.
Refunds & Exchanges
As is the case with most Antiques & Collectible Sales outlets, shops, auctions, etc., items are sold as is, where is. We do everything possible to accurately describe, including photos of every item we sell and all sales are considered final. However, in the case that we miss something…we are at least semi-human (depending on the day), and may make the occasional mistake, we can accept a return for a full store credit….the buyer pays return postage. We do not issue cash refunds. Items may not be returned without prior authorization.
